SANTA CLARA COUNTY
Located in the south region of the greater San Francisco metropolitan area, Santa Clara County is a highly urbanized territory of what was originally the Santa Clara Valley. The county is home to third largest city in California and largest within the Bay Area in which San Jose is the county seat.

Coe State Park, Vasona Park as well as Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife refuge and the Nature Conservancy or "Mount Hamilton Project" for the roaming of tule elk in the area.
The median household income in Santa Clara county is known for being one of the highest in any county found in the state of California, which in turn is reflected in the average sale prices of land and real estate found in the county.
