Notorious for its moderate climate and natural beauty, this beach resort community is found over the hill a little over thirty miles south of San Jose and closer in proximity to Monterey Bay. Also a prime tourist location for several Bay Area residents, Santa Cruz is known for several notable landmarks including Mission Santa Cruz, the Santa Cruz Warf, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, its redwood forests and more. Its picturesque state beaches include Natural Bridges, Lighthouse Beach and Twin Lakes.
In addition to it's status as a popular tourism location, the city of Santa Cruz is another vibrant community rich of local history spanning from Native American history, Spanish and European mission expeditions, industrial development and to more recent progressive and social activism history.
The active downtown area of Santa Cruz has also faced developmental challenges through the years despite remaining a local, pedestrian friendly landmark for the city. Pacific Avenue remains the focal point and main street of downtown Santa Cruz with plenty of prime storefronts, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, housing and other businesses. There is a consistent and unique collaboration of art and culture that can also be found there.
Geographically, Santa Cruz is bound between a longer coastline that extends well between the Santa Cruz mountains and moves south bound to the northern region of the Monterey Bay.
Santa Cruz is also well known for its outdoor parks and recreation as well as a variety of water sports such as diving, swimming, paddle boarding and surfing. As unique as its community, the range of homes found in Santa Cruz are truly extensive. Some found near the sea or up the mountain can often feature breathtaking views, including redwood trees, natural landscapes or ocean views.
We are proud to serve current residents and prospective homeowners in the Santa Cruz area.
