THE ROSE GARDEN
Named after the surrounding landmark San Jose Municipal Rose Garden, another prime residential and historic neighborhood found in San Jose is the Rose Garden. The five-acre park is center stage to thousands of noteworthy and award winning rose bushes, along with several eye-catching, historic and architecturally inspired homes found within this hidden gem of Silicon Valley.
As a primary residential neighborhood, business presence remains smaller and controlled within this area of San Jose unlike other developments found across the area. Rose Garden can also be a catch all term for other neighborhoods including College Park, Shasta-Hanchett Park and St. Leos.
Geographically, Rose Garden is located near central San Jose and the City of Santa Clara with close access to almost any and all freeways and highways, but in closer proximity to both Interstate 880 and the Alameda expressway to the north.
In its history, Rose Garden remains one of San Jose's oldest neighborhoods, as existing Victorian homes can still be found across a few of its notorious streets - Hester, Magnolia and Hedding.
In this warm and welcoming community you will be sure to find spacious, older homes with plenty of charm and often immaculate landscaping. It's neighborhoods are known to feature architecturally designed homes often with detached garages and room in the front yard to allow creativity to shine.
We are proud to serve the current and prospective residents of this wonderful community.
